Liesa Ratto joined Valley Oak Wealth Management in 2023 after a nearly 30-year career in the mortgage industry, where she developed a strong foundation in client service, analytical skills, and attention to detail—qualities that have seamlessly transitioned to her work in wealth management.

Liesa finds immense satisfaction in helping clients reach their financial goals and is grateful to be in an industry where she feels truly at home. Whether on the phone or in person, her role at Valley Oak is to provide the best client experience as she works with her colleagues and directly with the many individuals and families at Valley Oak.

Born and raised in Novato, Liesa still resides here with her husband. Over the years, Liesa has participated in many school activities and community events. She has two sons: Zach, a firefighter in Butte County who is married and the father of a young daughter, and Noah, who recently graduated from high school and is starting his studies at Sacramento State University.

In her free time, Liesa enjoys gardening, hiking, and spending quality time with her family, which she considers her greatest joy.
